&lt;p&gt;One of the things that make me sad is when people who&#039;ve just been treated poorly say things like &quot;I guess I should be grateful really....&quot; It happens a lot at Rough Edges. Although it doesn&#039;t just make me sad - it also makes me very happy with human beings.&lt;/p&gt;
